Mateo’s software and this portal are developed by WIDI WEB INFORMATICA DISEÑO INFOGRAFIA, S.L. (CIF B35979061, Pelayo, 39, 35010 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria) on behalf of the Town Council, which also acts as data processor.
3. Value of information
The information Mateo provides is for guidance only. If there is any discrepancy, the official publication of the Town Council takes precedence (e-office, Provincial Official Gazette (Boletín Oficial de la Provincia), noticeboard).
Mateo is an artificial intelligence assistant: its replies are generated automatically and may contain errors. Messaging Mateo does not constitute a request, complaint or appeal, nor does it suspend administrative deadlines.
4. Intellectual property
The municipal content, coat of arms, flag and institutional image belong to Vega de San Mateo Town Council. The software is developed by WIDI on behalf of the Town Council.
The illustrations on this portal were created using artificial intelligence (OpenAI) and are based on features of the mid-altitude landscape; they do not depict specific places, buildings or people. The Montserrat and Atkinson Hyperlegible Next typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License (Montserrat licence, Atkinson Hyperlegible Next licence).
